32nd Annual General Meeting

All financial Bowls Full Members and Life members are invited to attend the Clubs
Annual General Meeting to be held on Sunday 15 October 2023 in the Clubhouse.
Members are requested to attend early to register and be seated to commence
the meeting at 9.00am.
Notices of motion must be received by the Secretary/General Manager by close
of business on Friday, 22 September 2023.
Annual reports and financial statements will be available on request from MBC
Reception from Friday, 29 September 2023.
Nominations for Board positions are open from 14 September, and close 5.00pm
on Friday, 29 September 2023.
Positions for election:
Chairperson ( 2 year term)
Finance Director ( 2 year term)
Greens Director ( 2 year term)
Director ( 2 year term)
Nomination forms (including eligibility and qualification requirements) are
available from the MBC Reception or from the Secretary/General Manager.
