Terms and Conditions

1. The Members Jackpot Draw is conducted every Friday night unless otherwise advised by Club Management.
2. Entry is open to financial members aged 18 years and over.
3. To be eligible for the draw, members must:

• be financial at the time of the draw;
• be present within the Club at the time of the draw

4. The draw will be conducted at approximately 7.30pm.
5. The selected member must present themselves to Club staff within three (3) minutes of their name being announced.
6. Members must present a current membership card and valid photo identification to claim a prize.
7. If the selected member is not present within the required time, the prize will jackpot to the following week.
8. The jackpot amount will increase weekly until won or until the maximum advertised jackpot amount is reached. Club Mooloolaba reserves the right to conduct special draws, award the jackpot or additional prizes at any time, and reset the jackpot to the nominated starting amount at its discretion.
9. Prize money will be paid via electronic bank transfer to the recipient's bank account.
10. Any disputes regarding the promotion will be determined by Club Management and all decisions are final.
11. The Club Management reserves the right to refuse entries deemed fraudulent or non-compliant.
12. The Club reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
13. By participating in the promotion, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.
